Storage FAQs
Are there special hours to access my unit?
No, we offer 24 hours access to your storage unit or stored vehicle. We do enforce quiet hours between 10pm and 8am and living in the storage area is prohibited.
Is there a security deposit?
No, we do not require a deposit, but do impose a one-time administrative set up fee of $25.00.
Do I need insurance for my storage?
We do not insure your vehicle or items kept in your unit. It is up to you to provide insurance to cover your items. This is usually done through your homeowners or auto policy.
Can I send mail or packages to my storage unit?
No, we cannot accept mail or packages addressed to the storage facility.
Can I store food in the storage unit?
No, we cannot allow food, beverages or any perishables to be stored inside the units.
Is there a maximum amount of time that I can keep my unit?
No, keep your unit as long as you like.
RV Park FAQs
Is the RV Park open year round?
Yes! The Hidden Valley RV Park offers full RV hook ups with 20/30/50amp electric service, water and sewage.
Can we stay at the RV Park for just one night?
At this time, Hidden Valley RV Park requires a minimum stay of 30 consecutive nights.
What is the purpose of doing the credit and criminal background checks?
As a long-term RV Park, we do run credit and criminal backgrounds for all of our adult tenants. This allows us to maintain a safe, quiet place to stay for everyone in our community.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, we permit two animals per site. Dogs must be under 50 lbs. and cats must be kept indoors.
Can mail be received at the RV Park?
Yes, each site has an official USPS mailbox available.
Is there a maximum amount of time that I can stay at the RV Park?
No, stay as long as you like!
